The goal and purpose of this Website is to be a trustworthy source of information for individuals who wish to find a reliable causes for donation in support of charities and organizations operating in Israel. The Website lists vetted Israeli organizations seeking and accepting donations, lists them in categories and allows to search for organizations accepting donations based on their purpose, access and use of the Website, is free of charge, does not require registration and does charge the organizations any amount to be listed or included. It is purely informational. All donations are made directly to the organizations themselves without Our involvement,

These Terms Of Use together with the Privacy Policy available on the Website (collectively, the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Us, who operate and own the Website, and your continued use of the Website (in whole or in part) in any way or manner is and will be understood as your agreement to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not understand and/or agree to these Terms, you should immediately exit the Website and cease making any use thereof. Accessing the Website does not require you to donate to any charity. And Our purpose is to connect between users who want to donate and charities.
We may unilaterally change or add to the terms of these Terms at any time. In the event of a material change, We shall notify you by means of a prominent notice on the Website. You should check our Website periodically and review changes to the Terms. By continuing to use the Website following such modifications, you agree to be bound by such modifications. If you are not comfortable with all of the provisions of these Terms, please do not use the Website.

“Feedback” means comments, questions, suggestions, ideas, bug notes and user experience reviews regarding the Website.

All transactions are made directly with the organization you choose to donate to and under the terms and conditions of such organizations site. We strongly encourage you to receive clear and reliable information on the manners of transferring funds to each organization and consider those ways carefully before making any such donation to ensure reliable transfer of funds. We do not directly or indirectly receive any payment from your transaction with any organization or charity presented on the website.
We do not warrant that the company ipr and/or website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the website or the server(s) that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
We do not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of Our ipr or website including without limitation their correctness, completeness, accuracy, reliability, availability or otherwise. We partner with GiveChariot to enable donor-advised funds (DAFs) to make charitable donations to recipient organizations via GiveChariot accounts. You can find out more about GiveChariot here. Donations utilizing GiveChariot require your acceptance of GiveChariot’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and maintaining a GiveChariot account in good standing. We are not involved in any underlying transaction between you and GiveChariot and are not a guarantor of payment or liable for any GiveChariot acts or omissions.
10. Termination
We may terminate these Terms and/or suspend your right to access or use any portion or all of the Website and/or Company IPR immediately (including without limitations the license set forth in Section 2 above), at our sole discretion without notice. Upon termination you shall immediately cease using the Website and the following sections shall survive: 1,3, 4, 5, 7-12.
11. General
(i) These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to the principles of conflict of law therein. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods or other international laws is expressly excluded; (ii) notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event of breach or threatened breach by of any provision of these Terms by you, We could suffer significant and irreparable harm that could not be satisfactorily compensated in monetary terms, and that the remedies at law available to Us may otherwise be inadequate and We shall be entitled, in addition to any other remedies to which it may be entitled to under law or in equity, to the immediate ex parte issuance, without bond, of an equitable relief, including without limitation an injunctive relief, in any jurisdiction worldwide; (iii) if any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable and if such provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable nonetheless, the provision shall be deemed to be severable from the remainder of these Terms and shall not cause the invalidity or unenforceability of the remainder of these Terms; (iv) these Terms are the entire agreement between you and Us regarding the Website; (v) We reserve the right to assign these Terms, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion. (vi) ANY CAUSE OFINITIATE ACTION D BY YOU AND ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES. OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION IS PERMANENTLY BARRED AND YOU SHALL BE DEEMED TO WAIVE ANY CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE IN RESPECT THEREOF.
